HOW WILL MY CHILD'S CD BE PERSONALIZED?
FOR YOUR MUSIC CD: Your child's CD will be personalized in more ways than one! The music will seamlessly sing your child's name throughout the entire CD AND you we will print a speciall message from you directly onto the CD's label!

FOR YOUR SPORTS CD: Your child's FULL NAME, first and last name along with their home town will be announced in each cd by a professional play by play announcer! Your cd is so customized that it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery, but worth the wait!

I CAN'T FIND MY CHILD'S IN THE MUSIC CD NAME LIST!
You may want to look for another way to spell your child's name... Example: John and Jon are pronounced the same, but only one may be displayed in our list of names. If you still do not find the name after searching the phonetic listings, please do not order your CD; simply email us at info@mymusiccd.com. We may have your name another collection or we can offer an alternative name (nickname EX: Princess).

BE 100% SURE THAT WE HAVE THE CORRECT PRONUNCIATION OF YOUR CHILD'S NAME, NOT THE SPELLING.
The best thing to do find your child's name, regardless of how it is spelt on our list, and be sure the phonetic sound is how you pronounce your child's name. We will then put the correct spelling of your child's name on the Personalized Music CD Label, just the way you want us to. For the sports cds, your cd is customized so we can use ANY NAME, FIRST AND LAST!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Your music cd will be created and shipped within 48 hours. After the order has been shipped via USPS, a tracking number that will be emailed to you for your convenience. STANDARD SHIPPING IS FREE for our music cds, however you may choose Priority Mail or Express Delivery at an additional charge.
Your sports cd is custom made and takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. These cds are shipped standard shipping via USPS. No other shipping method is available for the sports cds.

FREE SHIPPING - First Class USPS Mail, takes 5-7 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL ~ Upgrade at checkout for $4.95, and receive it in 3-5 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING ~ ~ Upgrade at checkout for $16.95 and receive it in 1-2 days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! We ship First Class International USPS.
CANADA ~ $2.95 - Flat Rate takes approx. 10 business days.
EVERYWEHERE ELSE ~ $4.95 Flat Rate. takes approx. 10-14 days.

CAN YOU DO FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES, TWO WORD FIRST NAMES or TWO CHILDREN'S NAMES IN THE CDS?
We apologize, but we are unable to put two word first names (EX: ANNA MARIE) into the music cds. We CAN put both names on the label with your special message, just pick which name or nickname you would like the music to sing in the NAME SOUNDS LIKE BOX on your order form and type in the two word name in the CHILD'S NAME BOX on your order form.
We ARE able to do 2 word names for our sports cds. These cds are customized and will announce the child's full name. WE CANNOT PUT MORE THAN ONE CHILD'S NAME IN ANY OF OUR CDS!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the personalized/customized nature of My Music CDs, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER? (misspelled name, etc.)
If you've made an error or a mistake on your order, please contact us at info@mymusiccd.com immediately. You will need to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order as our fulfillment department is very efficient in fulfilling orders.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of order and/or prior to shipment will be refunded. Contact us at info@mymusiccd.com within 24 hours.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING...WHAT DO I DO?
We will replace your CD if it was damaged during shipping. Email us at info@mymusiccd.com within 3 days of receiving your CD and we will reship the order. No changes will be allowed for replacements.

MY NAME WASN'T PRONOUNCED PROPERLY IN MY SPORTS CD.
We will replace any cd that has an error caused by the announcer. (EX: Name is pronounced incorrectly). We will also replace your CD if it was damaged during shipping. Email us at info@mymusiccd.com within 3 days of receiving your CD and we will reship the order. No changes will be allowed for replacements.

WHAT IS THE RUN TIME ON THE CDS and WHAT AGE GROUP ENJOYS YOUR CDS?
ALL ages enjoy our cds. For our Music cds the ages vary from 0-7 years old. Our sports cds are mostly enjoyed by the 5-13 age group. Our sports cds are also enjoyed by those "BIG KIDS" (Adults). Our Golf Cd has been designed with the adult audience in mind. Our music cds vary in run time between approx. 25-40 minutes. The sports cd's run approx. 10-15 minutes long and the Golf cd is approx. 7 minutes long.
